Selection Process
Punjab District Courts Clerk Recruitment 2026 में चयन प्रक्रिया मुख्य रूप से Written Examination (CBT), Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) और Original Testimonials/Interaction के चरणों में पूरी होगी। Written Examination में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर आगे के चरण के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को बुलाया जाएगा। अंतिम मेरिट Written Examination में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
Stage 1: Written Examination (CBT)
Written Examination 100 अंकों का होगा और इसकी अवधि 2 घंटे होगी।

Qualifying Criteria:
- प्रत्येक subject में कम से कम 33% अंक प्राप्त करना जरूरी है।
- Written Examination में कुल 40% अंक प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है।
- Objective/MCQ प्रश्नों में प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर पर 1/4 अंक की negative marking होगी।
- Unattempted questions के लिए कोई अंक नहीं मिलेगा और कोई अंक काटा भी नहीं जाएगा।
- English Composition का subjective portion केवल उन अभ्यर्थियों का check किया जाएगा जो General Knowledge में 33% या उससे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करेंगे।
Stage 2: Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
Written Examination में सफल होने के बाद निर्धारित संख्या में अभ्यर्थियों को Computer Proficiency Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यह परीक्षा केवल qualifying nature की होगी और इसके अंक final merit में शामिल नहीं किए जाएंगे।
CPT में दो भाग होंगे:
- Spreadsheet Test: 10 अंक, अवधि 10 मिनट। इसमें कम से कम 40% यानी 4 अंक प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है।
- Computer Typing Test (English): Spreadsheet Test में qualify करने के बाद typing test होगा, जिसमें 30 Words Per Minute (WPM) की speed आवश्यक है।
Stage 3: Original Testimonials / Interaction
Written Examination और Computer Proficiency Test में निर्धारित शर्तें पूरी करने के बाद संबंधित अभ्यर्थियों को Original Testimonials की Checking/Interaction के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
Final Merit List
Final Select List Written Examination (CBT) में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
